BAKED RANCH CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 teaspoon parsley granules seasoned with garlic salt A small amount of lemon zest One seasoning packet or three tablespoons of Hidden Valley, Original Ranch Seasoning 4 tablespoons divided butter Directions 

STEP-1

Combine the Hidden Valley Mix, crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and lemon pepper in a basin.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

After incorporating 2 tablespoons of melted butter into the chicken breasts, coat them in the crumbs mixture.

STEP-3

Transfer to a greased skillet. Spread 2 tablespoons of melted butter on top.

Step-4

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350°F. After forty minutes of baking, I broiled on HIGH for the final five to seven minutes.
