1/4 cup bran grains One cup milk butter 1/3 cup oil, vegetable 1 egg 3/4 cup brown sugar was used. 1/2 teaspoon essence of vanilla 1 cup flour, all-purpose 1 teaspoon bicarbonate for baking 1 teaspoon powdered baking powder Half a teaspoon of salt One-sixth teaspoon cinnamon 


Step - 1

Glaze the oven at 375°F. Grease or line a muffin tray with muffin liners.    

Combine buttermilk and wheat bran in a medium basin and set aside for ten minutes.  

Step - 2

Whisk together the oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla in a separate basin. Stir the ingredients into the bran and buttermilk mixture until combined.  

Step - 3

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a third basin by sifting. Combine this with the moist mixture and stir until just combined.  

Step - 4

Bake the batter-filled muffin tins for 16 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the tins reveals no runway.
