3/4 cup softened butter Sugar, 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1/2 teaspoon 3 eggs 3/4 cup flour, all-purpose Half a cup cocoa 1/2 teaspoon powdered baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 


Step - 1

In a basin, combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in the eggs thoroughly using a wooden spatula.  

Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a separate basin. Combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture until thoroughly combined. 

Step - 2

Place in a 9-by-9-inch pan. Bake for 27-29 minutes at 350 degrees.  

Step - 3

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, milk, and butter in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat to make frosting. Increase to a simmer.  

Step - 4

Allow to boil for thirty seconds. Stir in the chocolate morsels until they are completely melted, then remove from heat.  

Step - 5

Immediate drizzle over brownies. Sprinkle in the sparkles immediately. Allow to settle.
